Traveling on a Budget: Saving on Gasoline Part 2

I finally found my All You magazine.
It was on a table that I never look at.
Apparently.

So now that I have my original resource back regarding saving on gasoline while traveling, I am hear with some more tips for you!

  • When filling up, know how the prices vary from each state.  At times Minnesota’s gas prices can be 20 cents cheaper than just across the border in Wisconsin.  And sometimes it is reversed.  Before leaving, you can log onto your computer and look at fuelgaugereport.com or gasprices.mapquest.com.
  • Plan where you are going to fill up: Allstays.com.
  • Try to avoid traffic jams by using the Google maps app.
Now get out there and enjoy vacation!
Because this is a chance to make lots of memories with your children.
