Plus Size Maternity

No matter who you are, if you are a woman, there are times when you want to look good.  I’m not saying you have to want to look good all the time, but generally there are those moments in which we find it is essential  that we look our best.  Because we know when we look great, we carry ourselves with more confidence, and thereby, we feel great.

It doesn’t matter your size, if you feel beautiful, you are beautiful!  Especially with that smile on your face.

Never is this more true than when you are pregnant.  When you are pregnant, your body goes through this amazing mutation: there is another little being growing inside you.  This little one is making your body their home for nine months, and while it is completely miraculous, sometimes you don’t even feel like a woman.  This is true whether you where a size 2 or plus size maternity.  Never is it more important to treat yourself to some beautiful designs.

If someone would know about pregnancy bellies, maternity clothes, and weight gain, it would be me. I can tell you that  I have never felt as pretty as I did when I was pregnant with my 2nd daughter.  A close friend of mine (who happens to be incredibly stylish) lent me her entire pregnancy wardrobe. Honestly, I have never been more fashionable than I was for those nine months of my life, and I enjoyed choosing my outfit every morning.

Generally, wearing maternity clothes can become very monotonous. It’s incredibly important to find things that make you feel special, make you look great, and show off that baby belly!
