Miracle of Scheduling Part 2

For the last 2 weeks, I have been implementing our schedule,  and it’s working out pretty swimmingly.  There is a time for each child to spend with me.  A time for homework.  A time for Bible Study.  A time for exercising.  And while I have had to deviate a little here and there, it’s been great!

(it also helps that JackJack is sleeping through the night)

After 8:00 am each day looks a little bit different.  Not drastically different, but a little bit here and there.  Monday and Wednesday are probably the most different days in the schedule.

So here is what Monday looks like.

8:00 Wordgirl goes to the busstop and the rest of us have our daily chores.  Each person is given some daily chores to accomplish in 15 minutes.
8:15 Preschool for Dash and Princess Pea–Monday is Computer Day
8:45 Weekly Chores:  Princess Pea cleans the windows/Mom and JackJack Time
9:00 Mom writing time/Babysitter
1:00 Mom writing time done/JackJack Nap/Pea and Dash quiet play time
1:30 Pea and Dash Quiet on bed time/Mom manages computer stuff
3:00 Snack/Mom exercise
3:45 Wordgirl and Mom Time
4:00 Free play/supper prep
4:30 homework/Pea sets table
5:00 supper
5:30  Supper chores
6:00 Family Time
6:30 Pick up time/Bath
7:00 Bedtime chores
7:30 Reading
8:00 Light out
8:30 Writing
9:00 Castle/Fold Laundry
9:30 Relax
10:00 Read
10:30 Lights out

I know this seems rigid, but with Daddy’s schedule never quite the same each day, we need consistancy.  Even for me!

The book that I am reading is called Managers of Their Homes by Steven and Teri Maxwell.
