Anti-Itch Cream

I have these 4 bites on my belly.

I will not be taking a picture of them for you.

Oh, no.  No one wants to see my belly!  TRUST me!

So last night, I was going insane.  I couldn’t take it.

I never knew what it felt like to go insane, but I’m pretty sure that’s what was happening.

Chris quietly mentioned that he had some anti-itch cream, and I hollered, “Get it for me!  NOW!”

So he did.  We applied it.  And I waited.  And waited.  And waited!

Nothing.

You know what helped?

Reading.

Do I know what I read?
No.  Of course, I don’t.  I was too busy trying to distract myself.

But it got me thinking.
And thinking and thinking.

Now, I am convinced.

Anti-itch cream is a placebo.
It does nothing.
They get you to pay bookoo bucks for the idea that your itch will be gone when in reality it is completely false.

I am here to warn you:  Do NOT believe the lie!

Because I’m still itchy itchy itchy!
