An Unconventional Love Story

To: those who love love stories and to those who want to know more about my family
From:  Gianna–that’s who

Do you see this handsome young man?
And this beautiful young lady?

This young man is my brother.
Isn’t he handsome?
Isn’t his bride lovely?
They just got married in July and had a celebration at their home 6 weeks later.  It was so exciting.  We love Khaiti. Andrew definitely found a gem!
Andrew and Khaiti have quite an interesting story.
And I want to tell it to you, but it’s not my story to tell.
So I’m going to leave you hanging.
Just like that!
Here is a picture of our whole family including my parents and aunts and uncle and cousin.

Our girls have completely claimed Khaiti as theirs–but you can’t tell that, can you?  Princess Pea would NOT stand by anyone else except Auntie Khaiti!

Sometimes that’s annoying.

And sometimes it’s endearing.

At this point in the day, it was annoying.

But now looking at the picture, it’s completely endearing.

Random topic change…..

Khaiti and Andrew own a farm.

They have goats, pigs, turkeys, chickens, and ducks.

Rosie is their gigantic (GIGANTIC) sow.

At Khaiti and Andrew’s wedding celebration, Princess Pea was super enamoured with Rosie. When we couldn’t find her, we knew we could find her feeding grass to Rosie.

This is how in love Princess Pea was.

Chris told me that we needed to buy a pig and put it in the backyard.

So that she could feed it.

For the rest of her life.

Khaiti and Andrew have an incredible journey ahead of them:  One they are currently in the middle of experiencing.

We love you guys!  Congratulations!

  1. I grew up and still live in South GA… most of my childhood days, I lived downwind of my great grandmothers pigs… never again I say, never again… ;o)

    Yay for true love!

  2. Now I'm all intrigued – I want to read their love story!
