off the topic of School but on the topic of our Family

Do you know where your husband is?

Because I, for one, do not.

He was supposed to be home over an hour ago.

And we are going to a movie tonight.

A free one.

Thanks to Blogher.
We have babysitters.

But

I do not know where my husband even IS!

Not that we were going to leave anytime soon, but I don’t know where he is.

Can you tell that I am trying to decide if I should worry?

I just keep thinking that each car that passes my window is him.

It is not.

We live on a busy road.

For every car that passes, my head whips up.

I am going to get whiplash.

I would say 'don't worry', as it could be wasted energy.

I do the waiting thing all the time and usually it's something simple like staying at work to finish something up or a client came in.

  2. I hope you make it to the movie!

And I agree with the 'don't worry' idea. Wasted energy.

    Love you!

Bahhaaaa! That's the sound I made when I read this! (It's me laughing, by the way!) I hope you guys had a GREAT time tonight!!!

Soon after I posted this, I just gave him a buzz and he was on his way. But I would like to know when to start filing a missing persons report. Like in the show Without A Trace. I have watched that show and thought, “When would I know to file a report since I am always told not to worry and it's nothing to get worked up about.”
When is it time to get worked up?
    Anyone?

Well, you can't be officially missing until 24 hours have passed… so nothing will be done by the police until one day has passed.

Personally, I wouldn't start panicking until I contacted a couple other folks (i.e. calling his office) and no one knew where he was and it was quite late.
