….when you turn 5!

Being that Wordgirl’s birthday is in March, and we live in Minnesota, the fact that she got to do this ON her birthday is a HUGE deal.

When she turned 3, we had a HUGE snow storm.  When she turned 5, it was 81 degrees.  MN is so weird!

Thanks to my Sister in Law, who sent me to this blog, and a little girl whose favorite color is rainbow, we were able to figure out the best cake to make for her birthday.  It’s not EXACTLY like the cake from A Merrier World, but it’s still really cool.

A movie IN the theatre, running through the sprinkler, and a rainbow cake (all while celebrating with Grandma and Grandpa Kordatzky), what could be better?

In her swimsuit, outside, on her birthday. How special for her, she'll always remember this birthday!

Five does go fast, I'm having a hard time believing that my oldest will be six in only a few months. We are not old, right?!

  9. gianna says:

Jess, I don't know about you, but I'm still a dumb kid so NO, we are not old!
