a purple princess party has to start with a purple castle! and like i’ve said before: i have the most amazing mom! she and my dad (okay, i have the most amazing dad, too!) designed and built this thing out of insulating styrofoam! it was pretty cool!
the lovely princesses! i think it’s so cute that m’s arm is around princess pea like a true buddy!
“happy birthday to youuuuuuu!”
this is how you make a princess cake! you dress the polly pocket princess just like YOUR princess and shove it on the top of the cake!
“okay, everyone sit down! sit right down here! you have to sit and hold hands! THANK YOU!” (i was going crazy with all the little girl constant movement in our tiny little dining room!)
the little brother was mostly banned to the basement with grandpa, but for lunch he got to come upstairs and just peek over the top of the castle!
wordgirl and grandma–the talented grandma (who is married to the talented grandpa) that designs and creates for me whatever i ask. i am so spoiled and so blessed!
little l! don’t you just love her teeth! her mom took that picture! otherwise, i wouldn’t have posted it. oh, yes, i would have. who am i kidding?
the hilarious i! she is soooo cute! and fun!
miss m is almost like another sister to my supergirls! they play with her almost every day when i am at work. she and princess pea had the same idea of sticking nail polish all over their FACES!
after all the princesses had left, grandma and grandpa stayed to help clean up and open their presents with princess pea and eat cake.
even uncle andrew made it! with one of princess pea’s favorite presents!
on princess pea’s ACTUAL birthday (the next day), we had grandpa and grandma k up for a visit and invited cousins melissa and melody over to cake and ice cream and presents. 2 parties and she’s only 3! how lucky can you be. the pink backpack was the hit!
i think melody took more pictures than i did!
happy birthday princess sweet pea! let’s do it again next year!
(ps sorry for the overabundance of pictures. i was originally going to post 5 but i couldn’t leave a princess out or a grandpa or grandma. thanks for bearing with me! if you stuck with me to get this message, you are awesome!)
