Prayers for Stellan

if you haven’t checked on stellan lately, please see how this amazing little boy is doing.
mckmama has been faithful in keeping her prayer warriors posted. it makes me want to cry (this could also be to the fact that i am extremely sleep deprived and emotional!) , but how unbelievable is our God to keep this little boy in his hands.

some would argue that God made him sick in the first place.

i am not in the mood or the mindset for a theological debate. i just am glad that he has been placed in very capable hands in boston and that he is in the capable HANDS of YHWH!
mckmama is a picture of faith in trusting in the lord and i am learning so much from her. if only i could trust God like she is.

thank you, mckmama, for being an example to the rest of us of how to trust God and leave it in his hands when you are scared/angry/sad/exhausted/scared/confused/etc…

And thank *you* for doing an update every once in a while, too, as I don’t read her blog regularly. It reminds me to keep praying for him.

Ever since your first post about him, I have become an devote follower. I cried when I saw the pictures of Stellen in recovery. When Caleb had his renal scan and had to be sedated, he woke up looking just like that. Every time I hug my kids or tuck them in, I’m reminded to pray for Stellen, Jen and their family. No matter how hard my days are, they are NOTHING like what her family has been through.
