Brin’s favorite activity is to dig through the laundry (or her drawers) and pull everything out of them. Then, she puts them on her head, pulls down, lowers it to her neck/shoulders, and pulls once more. She will even do this with one sock! Maya thinks it’s fun, too and loves to join in!
-has a tinkerbell costume and when it’s winter, even Tinkerbell needs her mittens and gloves!
-is getting to be a very good singer. Can sing all the words to “Into My Heart” and “This Little Light of Mine.”
-we have been praying for my mom’s eye to heal and the 1st time Maya saw her since we have been doing that, she asked Grandma about her eye!
-wants Brin to play in her room all the time!
-loves to dance and likes to make us sit down and watch her, but we have to be quiet because she is busy dancing and doesn’t want us to talk to her.
-makes beds all over the house. Is constantly putting something to bed and then whispering, “Shhh. Elephant (or whoever) is sleeping.”
-loves to sit and look at her books! ALL of them!
-one night, she fell into the bathtub. It was empty except for a pile of washcloths Maya had so neatly laid out on top of each other. The fall wasn’t that loud (due to the washcloth padding). I looked over because I heard a quiet thud and saw nothing except 2 little feet in the air like a tipped turtle!
-was on one side of the house when she heard the back door open. She gasped in shock, her mouth in a perfect “oh” and went to see who was there.
-loves to chase after Maya (who loves to be chased!) and loves to dance!
-Maya had a toy Brin wanted and was holding it up in the air. Brin went over to her and tickled her belly saying something that sounded like “tickle tickle” in a high voice.
-her favorite book is Hop on Pop and says, “hop hop” when she wants it.
